This Privacy Policy explains how Riyadh Al-Harwi Trading & Import Establishment ("we", "us", "Besan") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the Besan mobile application (the "App"). The App is a beverage ordering and delivery service.

We collect only the information needed to operate the App and deliver your orders:

• Name — to identify your account and orders.
• Phone number — for account creation and login verification (one-time code).
• Delivery addresses — city, area, and address details you enter.
• Location — approximate and precise location, collected only when you choose to drop a map pin on your delivery address. This is optional.
• Order information — the products, quantities, notes, and order history associated with your account.
• Device notification token — used to send you order-status notifications.
• Basic technical data — such as app version and diagnostic logs, to keep the service reliable.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Create and secure your account and verify your identity at login.
• Process, assign, and deliver your orders to the correct address.
• Assign a local delivery representative for your area.
• Send you notifications about your order status.
• Provide customer support and improve the App.

3. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal data. We share information only as needed to run the service:

• With our own delivery staff, to fulfill and deliver your order.
• With infrastructure providers who process data on our behalf, including Google Firebase (database and notifications) and our hosting provider. These providers process data only to operate the App.
• Where required by applicable law.

4. Data Security

Information is transmitted over encrypted (HTTPS) connections and stored in access-controlled systems. While no method of transmission is completely secure, we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

We keep your information for as long as your account is active. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at info@ragtco.com. We will process verified requests within a reasonable period.

6. Children

The App is intended for general audiences and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the App. Continued use of the App after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
